By creating an account or using Montu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use Montu only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Service by any other person. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about yourself and your cat.
3. AI Disclaimer
Montu's AI-generated suggestions are informational only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your cat's health. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay in seeking it because of something you read on Montu. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or a 24-hour animal hospital immediately.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@montu.app of any unauthorised use.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of Montu after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
